Wedding Ceremony & Reception

This is for a 6 hour event facility rental including:

Saloon with dance floor, raised DJ setting, separate "stalls" for gift receiving, appetizer & dessert serving, coffee station etc. and Cowboy bar. This area is equipped with central A/C and heat. Your event facility also includes a covered dining pavilion adjacent to the saloon, 2 sets of corn hole games, 1 set of horse shoes, a fire pit with seating, arena access and parking with a director. We also have fans and *tower heaters for inclement weather. *propane tanks are an upcharge.

4 - Custom made 12' long plank style pine pews, up to 40 - 6' long pine benches (beautifully dark stained) for your guest seating.

1 - Custom cypress backdrop, or Split Rail Pine rectangular arch, or 1800's wagon as wedding backdrop + 2 - 8' long split rail fence sections for bridal party backdrops. These items may be combined to make your unique wedding setting under our beautiful Grandfather oaks.

3 - Custom guest bathrooms.
Use of "Barn Aisle" for covered buffet serving

2 - Dressing rooms for bridal party to use for dressing and pre-wedding photography

6 - 8' long wooden picnic tables that will seat up to 10 each if the ends are used 3 - Large spool tables. 2 are High tops and are supplied with 6-8 barstools each, the 3rd is chair height and will seat 6.

11 - solid oak/bark on-epoxied slabs for centerpieces w/either lanterns or mason jar assortments. ***flowers are not included but can be by you or quoted separately by an outside vendor.

18 - small square mason jars for votives on tables Large cooler encased in rustic decorated wooden stand, perfect for icing water or sodas. **Ice not included Large solid bark-on epoxied oad cupcake stand w/tiers

4 - Oak barrels as accent pieces or high top tables

1 - Antique dresser for coffee station

2 - 8' solid wooden plank style table surfaces on top of wood barrels, used for serving areas for appetizers, gift receiving or dessert surfaces.

1 - antique oval table - multipurpose use

3 - 8' plastic banquet tables for buffet or DJ usage

1- Antique luggage cart for use as a beverage center or smores cart.

1 - Movie Style Popcorn machine, popcorn supplies included w/operator

*Traditional banquet tables and chairs will be needed for these guest numbers and will be an additional product/service/charge by an outside vendor, see references below.
